Zedome works are acquired through a direct studio conversation, with availability, finish and delivery confirmed personally.
THE ATELIER APPROACH

Porcelain is slow, variable and deeply physical. The order process is designed to make timing, finish and delivery expectations clear while preserving the singular character of each work.

    Private inquiry

    Send the Doll ID, Work ID or a short description of the piece you are considering. No commitment is created by an inquiry.

  2. 02

    Studio confirmation

    The atelier confirms availability, edition, finish, production window and whether the request is suited to the work.

  3. 03

    Deposit and balance

    Deposit and final-balance terms are supplied privately after confirmation. Exact commercial terms are confirmed before any payment step.

  4. 04

    Making period

    Most new porcelain dolls require approximately 8-14 weeks. Material quality takes precedence over speed.

  5. 05

    Pre-delivery review

    The collector receives final photographs, specification confirmation and a condition summary before dispatch arrangements are completed.

  6. 06

    Passport binding

    The finished doll receives a unique Work ID. Its NFC Doll Passport links to the public archive record without revealing collector identity.

  7. 07

    Delivery and care

    Packing, insured dispatch options and handling guidance are confirmed for the destination.
