Handling porcelain
Wash and fully dry your hands before handling. Lift the doll with two points of support, normally beneath the torso and hips, and never lift by a limb, wig or costume.

Every Zedome work is intended for long-term collecting. Calm handling and thoughtful display are its best protection.Support the work.
Never rush the joint.
Articulated porcelain is both a sculpture and a mechanical object. Move deliberately, work close to a soft surface and follow the edition-specific care note delivered with the doll.
Preventing impact
Work over a padded, uncluttered surface. Keep the doll away from shelf edges, pets, vibration and sudden temperature changes. Porcelain can chip or fracture from a single impact.
Joints and elastic
Pose slowly and support the joint being moved. Elastic tension and joint surfaces require periodic review; detailed restringing instructions will be supplied with the individual edition or by the studio.
Surface and display
Use a soft, dry cosmetic brush for dust. Avoid solvents, household cleaners, soaking and prolonged direct sunlight. Finish-specific guidance supplied with the work takes precedence.
NFC passport card
Keep the NFC card flat, dry and away from strong magnets, heat and sharp bending. The public link may be used without exposing any private NFC key or collector identity.
Passport verification
Open the Doll Passport from the NFC link or enter the Work ID on the Verify page. Contact the studio if the record shows Invalid Certificate or Risk Alert.

The NFC Doll Passport is a durable route to identity and provenance, but it does not replace careful storage of the physical certificate and card.
